You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in their original condition, unaltered, and unused.
Customized or personalized items may only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged or incorrect due to our error.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

– Clearly label the package with the RA number provided.
